Neighborhood revitalization in Birmingham, Alabama at its finest.

Revitalizing a neighborhood provides more than fresh paint and lifted spirits. It creates new jobs, better education for children and safer streets for everyone.
The Woodlawn Foundation has raised 7 million for the Birmingham area to build a “Purpose Built Community” to renovate schools, provide housing and raise families out of poverty. The nonprofit also created the Woodlawn Innovation Network to work with the high schools to guarantee children graduate. See http://bit.ly/2dsVHxA
This renewed community used services from the National Community Development Services (NCDS) to create the fundraising campaign that supports this valuable set of programs. Learn more at http://bit.ly/2cD3Vx3
