Deb Hoyt has been working for NCDS and serving its clients since 1993. She directs the financial and administrative departments of the firm. With over 30 years of business management, human resource, accounting and financial analysis experience in various industries, she is especially adept at interacting with the finance officers of NCDS’ diverse range of clients.
Under Deb’s direction, NCDS initiated comprehensive accounting practices and created sophisticated cost control and financial analysis tracking systems. These have assured sound fiscal management during over a decade of aggressive growth that saw NCDS triple in size. Deb oversees the firm’s cash management, cost accounting, asset management, financial analysis, annual budget, and performance measures for all NCDS projects, as well as accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
Prior to joining the firm, Deb developed and managed accounting and business systems in the manufacturing, high-tech, healthcare and motion picture industries.
While attending film school in Southern California, Deb’s career took off while working for the CEO of an international film distribution and production company. Deb went on to study business finance during her three-decade career. A fourth generation native Californian, Deb moved to Atlanta in 1991 and loves Atlanta’s diversity and unique topography. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, movies, politics, travel and serves on several boards in her community. She has a 20 year-old daughter who attends college in North Carolina.
